葡萄膜炎并发白内障治疗中曲安奈德的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨对葡萄膜炎并发白内障患者术后采用曲安奈德治疗的临床效果。方法 60例葡萄膜炎并发白内障术后患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例,对照组采用泼尼松龙治疗,观察组在泼尼松龙的基础上给予曲安奈德治疗。观察并比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组术后1周、1个月矫正视力>0.5患者的比例分别为76.67%、86.67%,均显著高于对照组的53.33%、60.00%;术后1 d、1周的"+"度前房炎症反应率分别为50.00%、96.67%,均显著高于对照组的23.33%、76.67%;观察组的并发症发生率、复发率分别为10.00%、6.67%,均显著低于对照组的33.33%、26.67%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葡萄膜炎并发白内障患者术后采用曲安奈德治疗,能有效、快速改善患者的视力、眼压症状及前房炎症反应,还能有效降低术后并发症的发生率及复发率,值得推广。Objective To investigate clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide applied in the treatment of uveitis complicated with cataract. Methods A total of 60 uveitis complicated with cataract patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received prednisolone for treatment, and the observation group received additional triamcinolone acetonide. Curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results In 1 week and 1 month after operation, the observation group had proportion of patients with corrected visual acuity 〉0.5 as 76.67% and 86.67%, which were much higher than 53.33% and 60.00% of the control group. The observation group had incidence of ＂＋＂ degree anterior chamber inflammation in 1 d and 1 week after operation as 50.00% and 96.67%, which were much higher than 23.33% and 76.67% of the control group. Incidence of complications and reoccurrence rate were 10.00% and 6.67% in the observation group, which were much lower than 33.33% and 26.67% of the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Implement of triamcinolone acetonide in treating uveitis complicated with cataract after operation provides effective and quick improvement in eyesight, relieve of Intraocular pressure symptoms and anterior chamber inflammation, and decreased incidence and reoccurrence rate of postoperative complications. This method is worthy of promotion.
