摘　　要：综述鼻咽癌病人疼痛相关因素以及目前国内外疼痛管理研究现状,探讨一种系统高效的疼痛管理模式,减轻鼻咽癌病人的疼痛程度,从而提高病人的生活质量;提出在临床上应该多方面考虑影响疼痛的因素并加以预防和处理。It reviewed the pain related factors of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the recent research status quo of pain management at home and in abroad.It probe into a kind of systematic and effective pain man-agement model,so as to relieve the pain level of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients,and then to enhance the pa-tients’quality of life.It put forward that the many influencing factors of pain should considered in the clinic and to carry out prevention and treatment.
