摘　　要：随着高校办公自动化系统在各个二级单位的普遍应用，提高了高校二级单位的办公效率，同时也出现了一些制约的因素和问题。本丈结合目前高校二级学院办公自动化建设情况阐述了高校办公自动化建设的必要性，分析了高校办公自动化建设的现状，并对高校二级学院目前存在的问题谈谈自己的想法。Along with the university office automation system in each grade two college＇s universal application, enhances the university two levels of school＇s office efficiency, simultaneously also appeared some restriction factor and the question.According to current secondary college in the construction of office automation on the necessity of the construction of office automation in universities, analysis of present situation of the construction of office automation in colleges or universities, and the secondary college existing problems about his idea.
