摘  要:目的 探讨雌激素受体(ER)、细胞原癌基因C-erbB-2和细胞周期蛋白B1(CyclinB1)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测2010-2013年接受乳腺癌根治术的70例患者乳腺癌组织中ER、CerbB-2和CyclinB1的表达,观察其与淋巴结转移及乳腺癌病理类型、肿瘤大小、组织分级等的关系。结果 乳腺癌组织中ER的表达与淋巴结转移呈负相关(r=-0.329,P〈0.01),C-erbB-2、CyclinB1的表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关(r=0.467、0.548,P〈0.01),CyclinB1的表达与组织分级和肿瘤大小呈显著相关(r=0.589、0.568,P〈0.01);ER和C-erbB-2的表达与病理类型、肿瘤大小、组织分级等均无相关性(P〉0.05);CyclinB1的表达与病理类型无相关性(P〉0.05)。乳腺癌组织中ER与C-erbB-2、CyclinB1的表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.402、-0.376,P〈0.01)。结论 联合检测乳腺癌组织中ER、C-erbB-2和CyclinB1的表达有助于乳腺癌预后的判断,对指导治疗和提高疗效有重要意义。Objective To study the expressions of estrogen receptor(ER),C-erbB-2 and CyclinB1 in breast carcinoma tis-sues and their correlations. Methods The immunohistochemical SP method was adopted to detect the expressions of ER ,C-erB-2 and CyclinB1 in the samples of breast carcinoma tissue from 70 patients receiving breast cancer radical operation during 2010-2013. Their relation with the lymph node metastasis,breast cancer pathological types,tumor size and histological grade was ob-served. Results The ER expression in breast cancer had a negative correlation with lymph node metastasis (r=-0.329,P〈0.01). The positive correlation was found between lymph node metastasis with expressions of C-erbB-2 and CyclinB1(r=0.467,0.548,P〈0.01). Moreover,the CyclinB1 expression was significantly correlated with the histological type and tumor size (r=0.589,0.568,P〈0.01);the expression of ER and C-erbB-2 had no correlated with the pathological types,tumor size and histological types(P〉0.05);no correlation was found between the CyclinB1 expression and the pathological types (P〉0.05). The ER expression had a significantly negative correlation with expressions of C-erbB-2 and CyclinB1 in breast cancer tissues(r=-0.402,-0.376,P〈0.01). Conclusion The combined detection of ER,C-erbB-2 and CyclinB1 in breast cancer tissues is conducive to the judgment of breast cancer prognosis and has an important significance to guide the treatment and increase the curative effect.
