开放获取期刊对高校科研绩效的影响及对策——基于复旦大学、哈佛大学的发文统计实证研究  

The Influence and Countermeasures of OAJ on Scientific Research Performance in Universities——Based on Statistics and Analysis of Fudan and Harvard University's Articles

摘　　要：统计分析复旦大学及哈佛大学2011—2013年SCOPUS数据库收录的发文,从历年发文数量、被引次数的构成变化等,对比传统期刊与开放获取期刊对科研绩效的影响,估算开放获取期刊对费用支出带来的影响,从中透视国内外发展的异同。提出对于科研高产出的大学和机构,应当推进开放获取机构库建设,建立统一的机构库整合平台,加强学术成果的可见性和共享;鼓励研究者参与学者社交网络,加强科研合作与交流,提升研究质量。In terms of the result from the statistical analysis of Fudan and Harvard＇s articles, indexed by SCOPUS in 2011-2013, compared the influence on scientific research performance in these two universities between traditional journal and Open Access Journal （OAJ） based on the composition of quantities and cited times, estimated the cost effect of OAJ, it indicates the perspectives of the same and the difference between China inland and abroad. Views over this analysis, to universities and institutions with generating amounts of scientific articles, it is essential to push the construction work of OA institutional repositories and build up OA institutional repository integrated platform in order to enhance the visibility and sharing of research achievements, encourage researcher＇s interaction on scientific social media, enhance the cooperation and exchange to promote the research quality.
