摘  要:目的探索运动对抑郁模型大鼠行为学及大脑皮质单胺类神经递质的影响,以期了解运动抗抑郁的机制,对抑郁症的防治有所帮助。方法健康雄性SD大鼠32只,随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组、运动组、文拉法辛组。采用慢性不可预见性温和应急建模、按实验方案进行药物干预和运动干预,分别于应急前、应急d 10、应急d 28测定大鼠体重、糖水消耗量及进行敞箱实验,于末次行为学测试后检测大鼠脑皮质单胺类神经递质(5-HT、NE、DA)。结果运动组和文拉法辛组各项指标优于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),运动组和文拉法辛组各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运动和文拉法辛都具有抗抑郁的作用,两者效果相差不大,运动引起脑内单胺类神经递质水平的上升可能是运动抗抑郁的机制。Objective This study was to find out the anti-depression mechanism of exercise and help prevent depression by exploring the effect of exercise on behavior and cerebral cortex monoamine neurotransmitters of rats with depression. Methods 32 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups including a blank control group, a model control group, an exercise group, and a venlafaxine group. After model construction through chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS), drug intervention and exercise intervention were conducted according to the experimental scheme, their body weight and sucrose consumption were tested, and an open field test was also performed separately on the day before the start of CUMS, 10 days after and 28 days after CUMS. The rats' cerebral cortex monoamine neurotransmitters (5-HT, NE, DA) were tested after the last behavior test. Results Each index of the exercise group and the venlafaxine group was better than that of the model control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The difference between the index of the exercise group and the venlafaxine group was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion Both exercise and venlafaxine have similar antidepressant effects. Movement resulted in the increase in cerebral cortex monoamine neurotransmitter, which may be the anti-depression mechanism of exercise.
