摘　　要：邮轮旅游服务型人才培养在人才培养理念、人才培养目标、专业课程教学及考核方法、专业师资力量及实训室建设等方面,尤其是英语语言能力培养方面存在问题,可从借鉴先进的人才培养模式及教育理念、合理的课程设置等方面来探索符合行业要求的人才培养对策。With insufficient focus on the talents development concept and objectives, problems exist in the teaching and evaluating meth- ods.Qualities of the instructors and the construction of the training rooms coupled with weak English abilities of the students. The paper explores the educational concept of combining working and learning, and proposes the talents development strategies which are suitable to the industrial standards through cooperating with the cruise company.
