摘 要:用木聚糖酶对漂白针叶木纤维进行水解,通过分析酶水解后纤维形态参数、扫描电镜图片和纤维素结晶度的变化情况,研究木聚糖酶对纤维形态和纤维素聚集态结构的影响。结果显示:漂白针叶木纤维经木聚糖酶水解后,随着酶用量的增加,滤液中木糖含量逐渐增加,但纤维得率保持在99%以上;随着酶用量的增加,纤维平均长度和宽度基本保持不变,细小纤维含量略有降低,纤维卷曲率和扭结指数都略有增加,纤维柔软性增加,纤维表面仍能看到微纤丝的存在,没有出现起皮和断裂现象;随着木聚糖酶用量的增加,纤维素结晶度和结晶指数均逐渐增大,当酶用量为50.0 U·g-1时,纤维素结晶度增加到67.05%,较对照样增加了6.90%。Xylanase was used to hydrolyze bleached softwood fiber (BSF). By analyzing the changes of parameters of fiber morphology, SEM pictures and cellulose crystallinity of samples after enzymatic hydrolysis, the effect ofxylanase on fiber morphology and aggregation structure of cellulose was studied, q]ae results indicated that hydrolyzed after xylanase, with the increasing of the enzyme dosage, the content of xylose in the filtrate gradually increased, but the fiber yield was over 99%. With the increasing of enzyme dosage, average fiber length and width substantially unchanged, fines content decreased slightly, fiber curl and kink index rates increased slightly. Besides, there still had microfibrils in the fiber surface, and there was no peeling and fracture. With the increasing of the enzyme dosage, cellulose crystaUinity and crystallization index increased. In the enzyme dosage of 50.0 U.g-1, the crystallinity of cellulose increased to 67.05%, increased of 6.90% compared of the control sample.
