摘　　要：文章在对日本物流共同化的内涵和发展模式进行分析的基础上,借鉴日本在这方面的发展经验,结合我国的实际情况,提供有针对性的对策建议。This paper is to analyze the characteristics and concept of joint logistics in Japan, by combining the experience of joint logistics in Japan and in view of our country＇s bottlenecks and difficulties in the field of joint logistics at present, a countermeasure analysis will be made and relevant solutions put forward.
