报关改革视角下报关企业发展路径思考

摘　　要：近年来国家不断深化改革,报关方面也进行了无纸化通关、区域通关一体化、对海关企业实施信用管理的报关分类改革等,在此视角下,提出报关企业要提高竞争力,需以诚信为经营理念,服务要专业化、全方位化、个性化,要建立企业联盟等建议。China has been deepening the reform in recent years. And now, China deepens paperless and regional integrated customs clearance. The criteria of the classification about customs clearance brokers have been changed. Under the new customs system, enterprises have been divided into five categories based on their compliance records and business performance. So in order to improve the competitiveness, the customs clearance brokers should be in good faith for the business philosophy, providing professional, all-round, personalized service, establishing enterprise alliance.
