探讨青光眼小梁切除术联合羊膜植入术治疗青光眼疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨青光眼小梁切除术联合羊膜植入术治疗青光眼的临床疗效。方法对我院40例闭角型青光眼56只眼进行常规小梁切除术,并植入羊膜,观察术后患者眼压、视力、视野、超声生物显微镜等。术前术后对比,平均随访12个月,观察治疗效果。结果两组患者术前术后对比,眼压均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),视力及视野无明显变化,超声生物显微镜检查可见羊膜形态。术后随访眼压、视力及视野保持良好,未出现不良反应。结论小梁切除术联合羊膜植入术可以较好的防止术后形成组织瘢痕,既经济有效又安全,是治疗青光眼的新型方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane implantation for the treatment of glaucoma.MethodsOur hospital 40 cases of angle closure glaucoma 56 eyes underwent routine trabeculectomy,and amnion implantation, postoperative observation of patients with intraocular pressure,visual acuity,visual field,ultrasound biomicroscopy etc. Comparison of preoperative and postoperative curative effect,a mean follow-up of 12 months.ResultsCompared with patients in two groups before and after operation,the intraocular pressure were decreased,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,visual acuity and visual field had no obvious change,ultrasound biomicroscopy examination showed amniotic membrane morphology. Postoperative follow-up of intraocular pressure,visual acuity and visual field to maintain a good,no adverse reaction. Conclusion Trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane implantation can prevent the formation of scar tissue after operation,both economic efficiency and security,is a new method for the treatment of glaucoma.
