摘　　要：目的:观察正畸治疗对牙周病患者牙周状况改变的影响。方法:选择牙周炎错牙合患者29例,用自锁托槽矫治技术进行治疗,检查记录治疗前、后牙周状况;随访6个月对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果:牙周炎患者治疗后的PD、BI较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.05),而BOP和Ⅰ°松动的牙数明显增高(χ2=4.97,χ2=8.47,P<0.05);6个月时与治疗前相比:PD、CAL、BI、BOP均明显减小(P<0.05),牙齿松动<Ⅰ°的明显增多(P<0.05);6个月时与治疗完成时相比:CAL、BOP牙齿松动度均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:用自锁托槽矫治技术,结合牙周综合性治疗牙周炎,能排齐牙列、消除创伤,恢复和保持稳定的咬合关系,有利于牙周组织的改建及修复。AIM： To observe the periodontal status in patients with periodontal disease after orthodontic treatment using self - ligating brackets. METHODS ： 29 aduh patients with periodontitis were orthodontically treated. The periodontal status of all patients was evaluated at the first visit, at the end of treatment and 6 mafter treatment. RESULTS ： After treatment periodontal probing depth （PD） and bleeding index （BI） were significantly lower than that before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Bleeding on probing （BOP） and the number of tooth with I°mobility（TM） signifi- cantly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. At 6 m follow-up, PD, CAL BI and BOP significantly reduced （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The num- ber of I° TM was almost the same to that before treatment. CONCLUSION： Orthodontic treatment with self-ligating brackets is effective in treating patients with periodontal diseases.
