摘　　要：目的分析孕妇口腔疾病的发生规律及预防措施,以达到胎儿优生的目的。方法通过对548例孕妇的年龄、胎次、孕前年龄、孕前口腔基础疾病的状况、发病的孕周、口腔疾病的分类、治疗特点进行分类统计和回顾性分析。结果孕前有口腔疾病隐患未发作者343例,占62.59%;否认孕前口腔病史者205例,占37.41%。妊娠期口腔疾病、孕前的口腔基础疾病的存在与妊娠的特殊时期有相关性。结论妊娠期口腔疾病的发生及其转归严重影响着孕妇的健康和胎儿的发育,做好孕前和孕中口腔疾病的预防和科学的治疗,对孕妇的健康妊娠以及胎儿的正常发育非常必要,也是优生优育的重要基础。Objective To analyze the occurrence of oral diseases in pregnant women, and preventive mea- sures, in order to achieve the purpose of prenatal fetus. Methods 548 cases of maternal age, parity, preg- nancy age, disease status, pre pregnancy oral based incidence of gestational age, oral disease classification, treatment characteristics were investigated and analyzed retrospectively. Results Pregnancy to have oral dis- ease risks not of the 343 cases, accounting for 62.59%; 205 cases of oral history of pregnancy denial, account- ed for 37.41%. Oral diseases of oral diseases, pre pregnancy period has correlation with the special period of pregnancy. Conclusions The incidence of pregnancy and prognosis of oral diseases seriously affect the health of pregnant women and fetal development, prevention of oral diseases before pregnancy and pregnan- cy, and scientific treatment, healthy pregnancy on pregnant women and the normal development of the fetus is very necessary, but also an important basis for eugenics.
