摘  要:病理性近视是亚洲人群中一种容易导致视力损伤的常见疾病。增强深部成像的光相干断层扫描技术(enhanceddepth imaging optical coherence tomography,EDI-OCT)是一种新近发展的技术,它可以通过平均成像、眼球追踪、高速扫描、低噪音等对脉络膜进行活体检测,这种技术的应用正逐渐成为病理性近视临床诊治中的一项重要检查方法。通过EDI-OCT检测高度近视人群中脉络膜的变化对照正常人中脉络膜的变化,可以更进一步深入地了解病理性近视脉络膜变化特点,从而对其发病原因和临床治疗提供理论基础。High myopia, a cause of serious visual impairment, is a significant global public health concern, particularly in Asian countries. Enhanced-depth imaging optical coherence tomography(EDI- OCT) is a recently developed technique that allows in vivo imaging of the choroid and it has become an important component in examination of high myopia. In addition, image averaging, eye tracking, high- speed scanning, and low-speckle noise all produce high-quality choroidal images with EDI-OCT. Using EDI-OCT to measure choroidal thickness in highly myopic eyes is extremely valuable. The EDI-OCT detection of choroid changes in normal and high myopic population,we can further understand characteristics of the choroid in pathological myopia.
