表皮生长因子受体及HER-2/neu蛋白在胃癌中的表达和意义

摘　　要：目的探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、HER-2/neu蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法回顾性分析2006年11月至2013年11月我院收治的90例胃癌患者(观察组)的临床资料,另选取正常胃组织50例作为对照组。观察2组EGFR、HER-2/neu蛋白的表达情况,分析胃癌组织中EGFR、HER-2/neu蛋白表达和临床病理特征的关系。结果观察组EGFR、HER-2/neu蛋白表达阳性率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EGFR、HER-2/neu蛋白表达和胃癌患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、肿瘤直径无相关性(P>0.05),而与胃癌分化程度、临床分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移密切相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EGFR与HER-2/neu表达呈正相关。结论 EGFR、HER-2/neu蛋白的表达与胃癌的发生发展密切相关。EGFR与HER-2/neu的表达呈正相关。Objective To study the expressions of EGFR and HER-2/neu proteins in gastric carcinoma and the conditions of prognosis. Methods The clinical data of 90 gastric cancer patients during November 2006 to November 2013 were chosen as the observation group,and 50 cases of normal gastric tissues were chosen as the control group. The expressions of EGFR and HER-2/neu proteins in the two groups were measured by immunohistochemical staining to analyze the relationship of their expression with clinical features. Results The positive rate of EGFR and HER-2/neu expressions in the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The expressions of EGFR and HER-2/neu proteins were closely related with differentiation,clinical stages,mucosa invasion depth,lymphatic metastasis,distant metastasis of gastric cancer,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）,however,no relations were detected with gender,age,tumor size and tumor site（P〉0.05）. The expression of EGFR showed a positive correlation with HER-2/neu. Conclusion There was a close relationship of EGFR and HER-2/neu expressions with the onset and progression of gastric cancer. The expression of EGFR showed a positive correlation with HER-2/neu.
