治理视域下高校心理健康教育的异化与回归

摘　　要：治理视域下我国高校心理健康教育出现对象的个别化、目标的功利化、内容的知识化、方法的简单化倾向,导致异化的深层原因在于学校学生工作管理机构权力集中,心理健康教育机构权限缺失,心理健康工作人员主动性长期不足,评价组织作用难以发挥等问题。心理健康教育治理路径包括构建多元治理模式,主体多元化;打造心理健康教育共同体,目标一致化;构建多方互动平台,协商正常化;提高心理健康工作人员的权威性,队伍的专业化;回应学生心理健康的要求,内容生活化;完善法律法规,体系制度化。University mental health education in China appears individualization of target object, utilitarianism of objective, knowl- edgeable of content, simplification of method under the perspective of governance. The deep causes of alienation are the centralized power of mental health education mechanism in management institutions for university students ; authority absence in the organization of mental health ; mental health staff＇ s motivation is insufficient in the long term; evaluation organization is out of work. The paths of gov- ernance on psychological health education are including that the construction of multi governance model, diversified subject; make mental health education community, congruent goal ; construction of multi - party interaetive platform, normal negotiation ; improve the staffh authority of the mental health, professional team; response to students mental health need, content for lives ; perfect laws and regulations, system normalize.
