摘　　要：干预成为就业转向的关键性外力,在干预理念的指引下,借助团体辅导的模式开展大学生职业生涯规划成为当下解决就业问题的捷径。团体辅导以实践性活动为载体,最大限度地拓宽高校教育功能,引导大学生树立职业生涯规划意识,建构适合自身的职业生涯发展规划,不断提升择业的技能,进而提升大学生的综合就业素养。College intervention becomes the critical external force to turn the employment problem around. Under the intervention idea, the group counseling - based career planning has become a shortcut to solve the college students＇ employment problem. Focusing on practical activity, group counselling -based career planning method can help to expand the college education function in the largest degree, and to lead college students to establish their career planning consciousness, so that students can set the career development paths that suit themselves most, improve the skills of job selection, and thus improve their comprehensive employment accomplishment.
