摘　　要：研究飞机维修中航线可更换组件(LRU)建模问题,针对LRU结构及功能日益复杂化的问题,提出功能模块建模方法建立LRU模型。上述方法将LRU满足维修行为的功能抽象为功能模块,各功能模块可满足操作、故障、拆装等维修行为,分别建立各功能模块数学模型,具有重用性和一定扩展性,以满足各类LRU建模需要,将这些模型组合,实现LRU模型。最后,在自主研发的飞机维修模拟器上验证所建LRU模型正确性和实用性,说明方法切实可行,为飞机维修系统设计提供了依据。The essay focuses on the modeling of Line Replaceable Unit （LRU） in the simulating process of air- craft maintenance, and proposes a method of functional modules modeling as the solution of the growing structural and functional complexities. The method is established on the basis of functional modules and the properties of LRU in the process of aircraft maintenance, regardless of the shape characteristics of LRU. It can successfully transform the func- tions of maintenance into functional modules, which can satisfy the maintenance needs of operation, fault and disas- sembling. Individual functional module establishes its own mathematical model so as to be reusable and extensible. Then the LRU model is built by combining all these functional modules. The last step is to prove the feasibility of modeling functional modules through verifying the correctness and practicality of the model on the self-research air- craft maintenance simulator.
