摘  要:研究变前掠翼飞机的翼身连动机构设计优化问题,以实现变体飞机在平直翼、前掠翼和三角翼之间自由切换。针对翼身连动机构结构复杂、稳定性差和不易控制等难题,提出了一种双直滑轨式变前掠翼身连动机构设计方案。首先,从原理上对该设计方案进行了总体概述,分析了飞机的变掠过程;其次,分析了机构中滑块的极限位置,确定了机翼前缘前掠角与主动滑块的位置之间的关系;最后,建立了数学模型,并进行了公式运算和滑块运动规律仿真。仿真结果表明:翼身连动机构设计方案可以使机翼前掠角在0*到90*之间自由变化,满足了变前掠翼飞机的变掠要求。Researching design and optimization of wing-body switching mechanism of variable forward-swept wing aircraft. To realize morphing wing aircraft switching among straight wing, forward-swept wing and delta wing freely, a design scheme of variable forward-swept wing mechanism with double straight slideway was put forward. First, this design scheme was summarized in theory and the variable sweep process of the aircraft was analyzed. Then, the ex- treme position of the sliders was analyzed and the relationship between the forward-swept angle of the wing leading edge and the location of the driving slide was identified. Finally, the mathematical model was built, the formula was operated and the movement rule of the sliders was simulated. Simulation results show this design scheme of wing- body switching mechanism can realize the forward-swept angle of the wing switching between 0 degree and 90 degree, which meets the variable swept requirement of variable forward-swept wing aircraft.
