网络对大学生人际关系的负面影响及其对策

摘　　要：人际关系是影响大学生健康成长的最重要的因素之一,网络人际关系已成为了大学生人际关系的重要组成部分。以成都工业学院在校大学生作为调查对象,对网络环境下的大学生人际关系进行了调查研究。认为网络人际关系虽然扩大了大学生人际关系的深度和广度,但是过分沉溺网络会造成现实的人际情感疏远,影响大学生现实的人际交往能力。高校可以通过帮助大学生树立远大目标,提高大学生学习的兴趣,加强人际交往的教育,利用多种方式帮助大学生建立和谐的人际关系。Interpersonal relationship is the most important factor to affect the healthy growth of College students.In today’s society, network interpersonal communication becomes one of the basic ways of College students’social interaction because of the popularity of the network.So, the network interpersonal relationship is the important component of College students’interpersonal relationship.Network interpersonal communication expands the depth and breadth of interpersonal communication of College students, but it can cause the reality of interpersonal emotion estranged and influences the reality of interpersonal skills of College students too much addicted to the network.University should help college students to set great goals, to improve the leaning interest, strengthen the education of interpersonal communication to help College students to built harmonious interpersonal relationship by variety methods.
