摘　　要：随着肠道菌群的研究进展，人们发现肠道内微生物产生的短链脂肪酸对于机体有重要作用，在部分疾病的发生与发展中也扮有重要角色。肠道内微生物产生的短链脂肪酸与机体的关系成为目前研究的热点之一。本文从短链脂肪酸的种类与分布、生理功能以及临床应用等方面展开综述短链脂肪酸的研究进展。With the development of intestinal flora, short chain fatty acid （SCFA）, produced by the intestinal microbiota, has been found to be important for the host. It also plays an important role in the part of the occurrence and development of some diseases. The relationship between SCFA produced by intestinal microbiota and the host body has become the research focus in recent years. The physiological function and clinical application of SCFA were reviewed in this article.
