摘 要:目的测定阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者全脑3D伪连续动脉自旋标记(3D pc ASL)成像中动脉通过时间(ATT)分析其与脑血流灌注减低的相关性。方法对12例AD患者(AD组)和17例年龄匹配的认知功能正常者(对照组)进行常规MR和3D pc ASL灌注成像。使用SPM 8软件对ATT成像图进行预处理,比较两组ATT差异,评价ATT升高脑区ATT值与CBF减低的相关性。结果 AD组ATT升高区主要见于左侧岛叶,左侧额下回,左侧颞上回及颞中回,双侧后扣带回,双侧楔前叶,左侧海马旁回(t=2.4727,P<0.001)。结论灌注减低区的ATT值与脑血流灌注减低存在相关性。Objective To determine the arterial transit time (ATT) in 3D pseudo continuous arterial spin labeling (3D pcASL) imaging and analyze its relevance with the reduction of cerebral blood lfow (CBF) in patients with Blzheimer&#39;s disease (AD). Methods Conventional MR and pcASL 3D perfusion imaging were performed in 12 patients with AD (AD Group) and 17 age-matched normal subjects (Control Group). The SPM 8 software was used to pre-process the ATT images and compare the differences between the two groups so as to evaluate the correlation between the ATT value and reduction of CBF in the encephalic region with increased ATT. Results The increased ATT area in AD Group mainly occurred in the left insula and left inferior frontal gyrus, left superior temporal gyrus and middle temporal gyrus, bilateral posterior cingulate gyrus, bilateral precuneus, left parahippocampal back (t=2.4727, P〈0.001). Conclusion The ATT value in the decreased perfusion area was correlated with the decrease of cerebral blood lfow perfusion.
