摘 要:为了改善麦饭石的吸附性能和使用性能,以N-乙烯基甲酰胺(NVF)为单体,进行自由基聚合制备聚N-乙烯基甲酰胺(PNVF),将PNVF在碱性条件下水解,得到胺化度为98.5%的聚乙烯胺(PVAm),再将PVAm与麦饭石复合,制备出高胺化度麦饭石负载PVAm复合物。通过红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和热重(TG)表征复合物的结构,用分光光度法分析麦饭石负载PVAm复合物对梨汁的澄清效果。结果表明:PVAm成功插入麦饭石层间,扩大了麦饭石的层间距从而提高了吸附性能;麦饭石负载PVAm复合物对梨汁有较好的澄清效果,且明显优于单一麦饭石,最优澄清条件,即麦饭石负载PVAm复合物的用量0.80g/L、澄清时间30min、澄清温度22℃,pH5.2下的透光率为98.7%。In order to improve the absorption and utilization performance of Maifanshi, polyvinylformamide (PNVF) was synthesized using N-vinyl formamide as raw materials. Polyvinylamide (PVAm) with amination degree 98. 5% was prepared by the alkali hydrolysis of PNVF, and was then intercalated into Maifanshi to prepare PVAm- loaded Maifanshi composite with high amination degree. The structure of PVAm-loaded Maifanshi composite was characterized by FTIR, XRD and TG. Effects of the composite on pear juice clarification was analyzed by infrared spectum analysis. The results showed that PVAm was inserted into Maifanshi layers successfully, which improved the absorption properties of Maifanshi by expanding the interlayer spacing. PVAm-loaded Maifanshi composite had prefe- rable clarification effects on pear juice, and obviously better than Manfanshi. Under the optimized conditions, i. e. PVAm-loaded Maifanshi composite dosage 0. 80 g/L, clarifying time 30 min, clarifying temperature 22 ℃, and pH 5.2, the transmittance of pear juice reached 98. 7%.
