摘　　要：技术创新是国有大企业持续发展的根本动力,也是企业引领行业技术发展、进行国际竞争的根本保障。在技术创新体系及国家创新系统理论的基础上,深入挖掘中国移动通信集团公司、原中国南车集团公司、中国航天科技集团公司的技术创新实践,通过多案例研究方法探索了其技术创新内在规律,构建了国有大企业技术创新体系,识别了国有大企业技术创新过程中的关键内外部因素,并从国家和企业层面对国有大企业管理机制和完善国有大企业自身技术创新体系建设提出若干建议。Technovation is the essential motivation of sustainable development of big state‐owned companies ,as well as the fundamental guarantee of shouldering their social responsibility ,leading industrial technology development and participat‐ing in international competition .This paper based on the theory of technovation system and national innovation system , analyzed the technovation practice of China Mobile Limited ,CSR Corporation Limited and China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation .It also explored the inherent innovation law of these companies by case study ,established sys‐tematic technovation system of big state‐owned companies and identified the key internal and external factors in the process of technovation .The suggestions from national level and enterprise level will contribute to strengthening the national mechanism for the management of the state‐ow ned big enterprise and improving the establishment of technovation system for big state‐ow ned companies .
