摘 要:为实现自卸车车架的轻量化设计,通过有限元模态分析和试验模态分析相结合,建立有效的设计模型,以实车试验获取的动态响应特征和极限工况下的应力值作为优化约束条件,通过各部件的相对灵敏度分析确定优化变量。在保证改善车架结构静动态特性的前提下,对车架结构进行了尺寸优化,优化后车架静动态特性明显改善,并且总质量减轻了3.57%。结果表明,该方法具有良好的优化效果,可为自卸车底盘动态设计的改进提供一定的参考。To realize the lightweight design of dump truck frame via combination of finite mo‐dal analysis and test modal analysis ,available design models were established ,the dynamic re‐sponse characteristics got from on‐road vehicle test and stress values of frame under extreme working conditions were taken as the constraint condition of design optimization .The design vari‐ables were gained from relative sensitivity analysis of frame components .The size of frame struc‐ture was optimized while improved static and dynamic characteristics were eusured .The optimiza‐tion result show s the static and dynamic characteristics of frame are improved significantly and the total weight of frame is reduced by 3.59% .These results prove that the optimization design method based on static and dynamic characteristic of structure has good optimization results and can give some reference to the improvement design of truck chassis .
