摘　　要：[目的]探讨阴道尺在盆腔外照射模拟定位中的应用价值。[方法]阴道尺采用有机玻璃杆 ,杆长150mm ,外径13mm ,每间隔5mm用直径0.5mm铅丝标志刻度。使用时将阴道尺套上安全套 ,插入患者阴道 ,在模拟定位机下定位。[结果]30例宫颈癌根治术后的患者 ,接受阴道尺模拟定位 ,使原X线不能显示的阴道部位能清晰显示 ,使盆腔设野定位更规范、缩野定位更精确。[结论]阴道尺能指导盆腔野的模拟定位。To explore applicable value of vaginal ruler in the simulating of pelvic external radiotherapy. The vaginal ruler was made of plexi_glass stick with 150mm long and 13mm in diameter .The ruler was marked every 5mm with a 0.5mm diameter lead_wire. Before simulating, the vaginal ruler with a candomon was inserted into the vagina. An accurate position can be gained by simulant apprautus. 30 cases with cervical carcinoma treated by radical surgery used the viginal ruler simulation. The vaginal position was shown clearly whereas it couldn't be shown by x_ray.The pelvic field and shortened field could be set more standard and more exact with vaginal ruler. [Conclusion] The vaginal ruler can be used as a guide in simulating of pelvic field .
