摘　　要：职业教育集团是教育体制改革与社会经济发展相结合的时代产物,在实际运行过程中由于发展不平衡,运行机制缺位,使得职业教育集团运行流于形式。本文以湖北水利水电职业教育集团为例,通过分析其在运行过程中存在的问题,提出了集团长效运行的对策。Vocational education group is the product of the combination of educational system reform and social economic development. However, it becomes a mere formality because of such factors as unbalanced development and absence of operating mechanism. Taking HuBei Water Resource Vocational Education Group as an example, this paper analyzes the problems in the running process and put forward certain countermeasures for long - term operation mechanism.
