摘　　要：文章建立了高校教师信息采集的自动考核系统,实现了高校教师信息资源的高效利用,为高校的人力资源管理提供了决策依据。系统通过教师信息库的创建,完整地收录教师的相关信息,有序地记录高校教师的工作、科研、社会活动和个人成长历程,为上级部门的信息采集提供原始数据;实现了教师绩效考核的自动生成,并且允许考核标准的自由设定。系统能适应高校发展的需求,有效地提高高校人事管理水平,具有一定的研究与应用价值。An evaluation system for teachers in universities was developed based on the teacher＇ s information collection. In the system, teacher＇ s information database is built to record the teaching, scientific research and so- cial activities of the teachers, which provides superior departments with original data. Teacher＇ s evaluation can be automatically fulfilled with the system. Besides, the assessment criterion can be freely set.
