摘  要:在当前地方本科院校应用型人才培养模式下,为了培养学生的科学素质、研究能力和创新能力,我院进行了有机化学实验开放式实验体系和教学模式的探索。通过优化和重组实验教学的内容与结构、设计多步骤合成实验、引进先进的合成方法、增设开放性实验设计与完成效果检测考核方式、建立一支知识结构合理的师资队伍等实验教学进行改革探索,构建了开放式实验教学资源平台。通过学生实践与就业情况表明,有机化学实验实施开放式教学取得了一定的成效,在培养学生科研思维与创新能力等方面基本达到了应用型人才培养的目的。Under the current model of applicable talents cultivation prevalent in local universities, our school has explored the open-style organic chemical experiment system and relevant teaching & learning models so as to cultivate students' science basics, research capacity and innovation capabilities. We have established an open-end experiment teaching & learning resources platform by optimizing and restructuring the content and structure of experiment teaching & learning, designing multi-step synthesis experiment, introducing state-of-the-art synthesis methods, adding open-style experiment designs and completing the efficacy evaluation methodology. The results of students' practice and employment show that the open-style teaching & learning in organic chemical experiment has made some accomplishments in that the goal of applicable talents cultivation is achieved in cultivating students' science research mentality and innovation capacity.
