摘　　要：行为模式是指在特定的共同体内部,在群体内部成员之间的人际互动行为作用下,被广泛接受的行为过程的基本样式或一般规律。深入了解群体性事件中的非友好人群行为模式,是事件处置的重要任务。本文通过调查研究发现,社会不公平与民生问题是引发社会安全事件的主要因素,国有企业下岗职工和无固定职业者是群体性事件中非友好人群的主要成员,公开信息是人群信息的主要来源,发泄不满情绪和表达诉求是其主要目的,文化程度和职业类型是影响个体行为的主要因素。Behavior pattern is the basic mode or general rules of behavior procedure in a community, which is influenced by the inter-action between individuals. Deep comprehension of behavior pattern of the hostile crowd is premise to control them efficiently. Social investigation and statistics are used to do research on the behavior pattern of the hostile crowd. The conclusions are as the followings ： social unfair and living problems are the main inducements of mass event; un-employees of national enterprises and no-fixed professional workers are the main members of the hostile crowd; public information is the main source for the crowd; expressing dissatisfied emotion and request are their aims; education and occupation are the main factor influencing their actions.
