摘　　要：分析山地茶园进行改植换种造成水土流失的原因,提出实施退茶还林、建设标准梯层茶园、梯壁留草种草、园面覆盖等水土流失防止措施,促进茶产业持续健康发展。In this paper,the causes of soil and water loss during tea shrub exchange in hilly tea gardens were analyzed and some measures were put forward,including conversing degraded tea garden into forest,constructing tea garden with standard ladder layer,establishing grass plantation on layer wall,ridge covering,and so on. And these measures promoted the sus-tainable and healthy development of tea industry.
