摘　　要：目的:从军队医院内部审计需求出发,以军卫一号、军财工程、财经管理信息平台数据集成融合为基础,研究构建军队医院内部审计管理信息系统,推进军队医院内部审计信息化管理、标准化作业、规范化运行。方法:运用JAVA语言,基于J2EE技术,采用B/S结构,基于军队医院财经管理信息平台,建立关键指标库,运用Oracle数据库,进行数据分析,自动生成报表体系,实现在线审计。结论:研究与创新信息化环境下具有科学全面数据分析的军队医院内部审计技术方法和信息系统,是实现审计目标的重要保障。Objective： To study the construction of the internal audit management information system of military hospital, and advance the information management, standardized operation and normalized operation of internal audit of military hospital, starting from the internal audit demand of military hospital, based on the data integration of No.1 Military Medical Project, Military Finance Project and financial management information platform. Methods： With JAVA language, based on J2EE technology, adopting B/S structure, based on the financial management information platform of military hospital, the database of key indicators is established. Using the Oracle database, the data is analyzed, the report system is automatically generated, and the online auditing is realized. Conclusion： The research and innovation of the internal audit technique and information system of military hospital with scientific and comprehensive data analysis in the environment of informatization is an important guarantee for realizing the objective of the audit.
