利用表面改性覆铜板非金属残渣制备人造板材

摘  要:将质量分数70%的经KH570硅烷偶联剂和苯乙烯表面改性处理的覆铜板非金属残渣与30%的粘合剂(由99.25%的不饱和聚酯固化剂、0.25%的过氧化甲乙酮固化剂和0.50%的异辛酸钴促进剂组成)搅拌均匀后,通过真空振压成型并固化、抛光,得到厚度为12 mm的人造板材。通过红外光谱分析、扫描电镜观察及物理性能测试,研究了表面改性对覆铜板非金属残渣制得的人造板材性能的影响。结果表明,经过表面改性处理后的覆铜板非金属残渣中的玻璃纤维与粘合剂的结合良好,可大幅提高利用其所制备的人造板材的性能。所制得板材的干燥静曲强度为25.85 MPa、弹性模量为2 542 MPa、湿静曲强度(70°C热水浸泡)为25.53 MPa、吸水厚度膨胀率为0.62%,均满足GB/T 11718–2009标准对高湿度状态下使用的普通型中密度纤维板的要求。70°C热水浸泡后的静曲强度降低较小且吸水厚度膨胀率也较小,说明所制得板材具有高耐水性,克服了目前木质人造板材普遍不耐水的缺点。The nonmetallic residue of copper-clad laminate with surface modification by KH570 silane coupling agent and styrene was mixed with adhesive [consisting of 99.25% unsaturated polyester curing agent, 0.25% methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, and 0.50% cobalt(II) bis(2-ethylhexanoate)] at a mass ratio of 7:3, and the mixture was then used to make a 12 μm-thick artificial panel after vacuum vibratory pressing, curing, and polishing. The effect of surface modification on properties of the artificial panel prepared with the nonmetallic residue of copper-clad laminate was studied by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and physical properties testing. The results showed that the bonding of glass fibers in the nonmetallic residue with the adhesive is good, greatly improving the properties of the artificial panel made thereby. The artificial panel has a static bending strength of 25.85 MPa in dry condition and 25.53 MPa after immersion in 70 ℃ hot water, elastic modulus 2 542 MPa, and thickness swelling rate 0.62% after water absorption, meeting the requirements of general purpose medium-density fiberboard for the use in high-humid conditions stipulated by the GB/T 11718-2009 standard. The slight decrease of static bending strength and low thickness swelling rate after water absorption prove that the artificial panel has good water resistance. It overcomes the weakness of current fiberboards which have poor resistance to water.
