摘  要:基于建筑节能在节能领域的重要地位以及轻质建筑材料应用前景,采用实验的方法制备了一种可直接用于建筑节能的复合相变蓄热材料,该材料是由癸酸与月桂酸复合而成的低共熔相变材料(质量分数:月桂酸65%、癸酸35%)。以膨胀珍珠岩作为基质,采用直接浸泡的方法与相变材料复合,基质中相变材料质量分数达到了60%。由差示扫描量热仪测试出该复合材料的相变温度为18.0℃,比热约为1.9J/(g·K),潜热达到73.77J/g。应用测试表明,墙体内加入复合相变材料后,房屋模型内部空气温度受外部环境影响明显降低。Based on the important role of building energy conservation in the energy field and the extensive use of lightweight materials, a phase change material (PCM) was prepared using the experiment method. Such material is the eutectic composite consist of decanoic acid (DA) and lauric acid (LA) (mass fraction:35%DA&65%LA). The expanded perlite (EP) was used as the matrix and the mass fraction of phase change materials reached 60% after direct immersion. DSC test results indicated that the melting temperature of the composite material was 18. 0 ℃, and the latent heat was 73.77 J/g. It was found that the phase change composite material had good stability after 1000 times cycling as well as heat-release characteristic test. The thermal conductivity of the PCM was greatly improved by means of adding mass fraction of 2% of graphite as the decrease in cooling time was about 30%. Building model application test showed that after adding composite phase change materials, influence of external environment on internal air tem- perature was weakened obviously.
