摘  要:Pt/Ti复合材料作为外加电流阴极保护阳极可用于船舶、桥梁及石油勘探平台等海洋设施的腐蚀防护;在化学工业上可用于氯气、氯化钠及过硫酸铵的制备;也可作为存储器用铁电薄膜在Si片上集成的稳定电极使用。目前Pt/Ti复合电极常用的制备工艺主要有电镀、爆炸复合、化学气相沉积及磁控溅射等方法。详细阐述了Pt/Ti电极不同制备工艺的国内外发展现状,提出Pt/Ti电极的表面形貌和扩散层的结合强度对其表面活性及使用寿命具有重要影响。最后展望了Pt/Ti电极制备工艺的发展前景,如何工业化生产Pt层与Ti基体间结合强度高、Pt层表面活性好的Pt/Ti电极是进一步研究的重点。Platinised titanium electrodes are widely used in marine and underground cathodic protection applications such as naval and merchant ships,bridges,petroleum prospecting platforms. They also can be used for fabricating chlorine gas, sodium chloride and ammonium persulphate in chemistry industry. Meanwhile titanium/platinum thin films are used as electrode marerial for ferroelectric thin films. At present the fabricaton methods of Pt/Ti electrodes mainly include electroplating, explosive combination, chemical vapour deposition and magnetron sputtering. The present situations of fabrication methods above are introduced, through describing the developing and innovations of different processes. The surface morphologies of Pt and the strength of the interface play a important role in the electro- chemistry properties and life-span of the Pt/Ti electrodes. How to produce the Pt/Ti electrodes which possess both the high strength of interface and excellent surface morphologies in industry is the research emphasis in the future.
