摘 要:研究了不同回火温度对S135钻杆摩擦焊焊接接头组织和性能的影响规律。采用极化曲线测试、拉伸实验、硬度测试和示波冲击测试等手段研究了S135钻杆摩擦焊焊接接头的耐蚀性、强度、硬度、韧性,并利用金相显微镜对焊接接头的微观组织进行了观察。结果表明:回火温度对S135钻杆摩擦焊焊接接头组织和性能有较大的影响,随着回火温度的升高,强度、硬度降低,塑性和韧性增加。耐蚀性随回火温度的升高先增后减,在550℃达到最佳。本试验条件下的最佳回火温度为550℃。The influences of different tempering temperature on microstructures and properties of $135 drill pipe friction welding joint were investigated. Corrosion resistance, strength, hardness, toughness of $135 drill pipe friction welding joint was studied by polarization curve test, tensile test, hardness test and shock test methods, and the microstructure of the friction welding joint was analyzed by using metallographic microscope. The results showed that tempering temperature had great influence on the microstructures and mechanical properties of S135 drill pipe friction welding joint. With the increase of tempering temperature, strength and hardness reduced, while plasticity and toughness increased. Corrosion resistance of S135 drill pipe friction welding joint increased first and then decreased along with the increase of tempering temperature, achieving the best at 550℃. The optimum tempering temperature was 550 ℃ in this experiment.
