IL-10基因单核苷酸多态性与维吾尔族饲鸽者肺的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨IL-10基因单核苷酸多态性（single nucleotide polymorphism，SNP）与新疆维吾尔族饲鸽者肺易感性的相关。方法根据纳入及排除标准总纳入92例，其中病例组32例，阴性对照组30例，正常对照组30例，对纳入者进行DNA提取，并在UCSC数据库选取IL-10的16个基因位点，采用Sequenom MassARRAY@ SNP分型技术对选取的位点进行基因分型比较。结果新疆维吾尔族人群rs1800893、rs1800896存在GG、GA、AA三种基因型，rs1800894存在GG、GA基因型，rs1800872存在CC、CA、AA基因型，rs3024500、rsl800871存在CC、CT、TT基因型；其基因型及等位基因分布频率在三组比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），rsl17106652、rs142726516、rs3024489、rs145922845、rs5743623、rs5743625、rs146520891、rs149143243、rsl50423829、rs41432052位点不存在基因多态性。结论IL-10基因多态性与维吾尔族PBL遗传易感性之间未发现统计学上的关联。Objective To investigate relationship between gene single interleukin 10 （IL-10） nucleotide polymorphisms （Single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP） and Xinjiang Uygur lung susceptibility to feed pigeons. Methods Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 92 total cases, including 32 cases of patient group, the negative control group of 30 patients, 30 cases of normal control group were enrolled. All the people were subjected to DNA extraction,and 16 loci of IL-10 was selected in the UCSC database, using the Sequenom MassARRAY SNP genotyping technology sites selected for genotyping. Results GG,GA,AA three kinds genotype were existed in Xinjiang Uygur people rs1800893, rs180089. GG, GA genotype were existed in rs1800894 and CC, CA, AA genotype were existed in rs1800872. CC, CT, TT genotype were existed in rs3024500, rs1800871. Genotype and allele frequencies showed no significant difference among three groups （P 〉 0.05）, rs117106652, rs142726516, rs3024489, rs145922845, rs5743623,rs5743625, rs146520891, rs149143243, rs150423829, rs41432052 did not exist polymorphism sites. Conclusions No association between IL-10 gene polymorphism and genetic susceptibility Uighur PBL is found in this study.
