摘　　要：介绍了GM(1,1)模型的原理及运算过程,根据陕西省2007-2013年的货运量统计数据,建立GM(1,1)模型,用数值实证了模型的有效性,并据此对陕西省未来几年的货运量进行了预测。In this paper, we introduced the working mechanism and calculation process of the GM（1,1） model, then according to the statistical data of the freight volume of the Shanxi province for the period between 2007 and 2013, built the corresponding GM（1,1） model, verified the validity of the model using the statistical data, and at the end, accordingly forecast the freight volume of the province for the next several years.
