摘 要:研究由单物流服务平台商、单物流服务供应商和单物流服务分包商组成的三级物流服务供应链的决策博弈问题。在集中化决策模式下,探讨了三级供应链的最优决策问题;在分散化决策模式下,在平台商与供应商之间实行收益共享契约、在供应商与分包商之间实行成本共担契约,通过两个契约去协调整个物流服务供应链,使系统达到利润最大化。最后通过数值算例,验证相关结论。In this paper, we studied the decision game of a three-echelon logistics service supply chain composed by a single logistics service platform operator, a single logistics service supplier and a single logistics service subcontractor, discussed the optimal decisions in the supply chain under the centralized decision-making mode and designed the benefit sharing contract between the platform operator and the supplier as well as the cost apportioning contract between the supplier and the subcontractor under the distributive decision-making mode to maximize the profit of the supply chain, and at the end, through a numerical example, verified the relevant conclusions.
