摘　　要：根据地方性高等院校转型发展思路和应用型人才培养目标,我们提出了以综合素质和实践创新能力培养为核心的生物技术专业实践教学模式,通过项目驱动式实践教学模式的构建与实施,以强化本专业学生的操作技能和实践能力,从而使我校生物技术专业学生能更好地适应地方经济社会发展和全球化的需求。According to the goal of the transformation development ideas and application talents training in local universities. A new practice teaching mode for undergraduates of biotechnology was proposed for promoting comprehensive capabilities and strong practical innovation ability. Through the construction and implementation of ＂project-driven＂ type of practice teaching, Students＇ operation skills and the ability of applying information technology to solve practical problems, are upgraded and they can well adapt to the development of the social economy and meet the needs of the globalization.
