摘　　要：信息素养是信息时代高校教师必备的基本素质,也是教育信息化和培养创新人才的必然要求。高校教师的信息素养主要包括科研信息素养和教学信息素养,其中最重要的是信息的创新能力和信息技术与教学的融合能力。高校教师信息素养的培养是一个长期的、动态的过程,需要从政策引导、创设环境、加强培训等多方面入手,通过各种因素的相互作用推动教师信息素养的不断提高。Information literacy is university teacher＇s essential basic quality in the information age, and it is also the intrinsic request of education information and cultivating creative talents. University teacher＇s information literacy mainly includes scholarly information literacy and teaching information literacy, the most important of which is information innovation ability and the fusion ability of information technology and teaching. The training of university teacher＇s information literacy is a long-term, dynamic process, it needs to start with policy guidance, environment establishment, strengthening the training and many other aspects, and it＇ll promote to improve the teacher＇s information literacy constantly through the interaction of various factors.
