摘　　要：进行科学发明、科学研究离不开实验,而科学实验必须依赖于实验室与技术人员队伍建设。本文对目前高校实验技术人员面临的困境进行了分析,提出了改进和解决方案。Experiment is essential for the scientific inventions and research. Furthermore, scientific experiment relies on the laboratory technical personnel team construction. The article analyzes the predicament of the laboratory technicians in colleges and universities, also puts forward some improvement projects.
