摘　　要：在媒体融合时代,学术期刊如何迎接媒体融合的挑战、把握其带来的新机遇成为亟待研究的课题,而内生发展是学术期刊转型与优化的根本途径。运用文献法、访谈法、调查法收集资料,在细致分析的基础上结合已有研究进行梳理总结,从学术期刊自身的角度全面提出应对策略。本文具体探讨媒体融合给学术期刊带来的机遇和挑战,据此从内生发展的视角分四个方面全面提出对策建议,为媒体融合时代学术期刊的内生发展提供可资借鉴的思路,并提出一些有参考价值的建议。In media convergence era, how acodemicjournals face the challenges and grasp the new opportunities brought by media convergence becomes an issue which need solutions urgently, while endogenous development is the fundamental approach of transformation and optimization of academic journals. Literature review, interview and investigation methods are applied to collect materials, retrospect and summarization are produced based on detailed analysis and combined with existing researches, and countermeasures are brought forward from perspective of academic journals themselves. The opportunities and challenges brought by media convergence to academic journals are discussed in detail, and overall countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from four aspects of endogenous development according to it. Referencing train of thoughts is provided for the endogenous development of academic journals in media convergence era, and some referencing suggestions are also brought forward.
