摘  要:磷酸二氢钾(MKP)是一种高浓度的高效磷钾复合肥,具有营养成分高,化学性质稳定,易溶于水,不结块等优点,广泛应用于农业生产中。近年来,国内生产MKP方法层出不穷,主要有中和法、萃取法、离子交换法、复分解法、直接法、结晶法和电解法等。而传统方法存在生产原料成本高,制备过程复杂等缺点。本文通过对现有国内工艺的分析和总结,开发了由硫酸氢钾和磷酸氢钙生产磷酸二氢钾的新工艺。具体为通过化工厂生产的硫基复合肥的中间产物KHSO4,投入Ca HPO4,调控工艺参数,利用产物Ca SO4的难溶性,不断反应生成MKP产品,并成功的使其达到国家饲料级标准。Potassium dihydrogen phosphate ( MKP) is a high concentration of high phosphorus potassium compound fertilizer, which has the advantage of high nutrients, chemical stability, dissolve easily in water and not clotting. MKP is extensive used in agricultural production. In recent years, the methods of producing MKP emerge endlessly, including neutralization process, extraction method, ion exchange process, double decomposition, direct method, crystallization, electrolysis method, etc. The traditional method has the disadvantage of high cost of raw material and complex preparation. Through analysis and summary of existing domestic technology, the new technology of potassium dihydrogen phosphate consist of the reaction was invented between potassium hydrogen sulfate and calcium hydrogen phosphate. Concreting through potassium hydrogen sulfate from chemical factory production of s-based compound in the middle of the product, putting in calcium hydrogen phosphate, regulating the process parameters, using the slightly solubility of calcium sulfate, the MKP was extensively produced, it met the national standard feed grade successfully.
