校院二级管理模式的仪器信息管理系统建设

摘　　要：展示了杭州师范大学化学实验教学示范中心设计的适用于二级管理的仪器信息管理系统。该系统比较细致地考虑了当前二级学院仪器信息管理存在的主要问题,设置了申购、计划报批、仪器招标信息、入库信息、领用信息、调拨信息、报废信息和库存信息等八个模块,实现对仪器从"计划"到"报废"的全程管理,分过程跟踪相关信息,通过电子平台及时更新,达到对仪器的精确有效管理,提升二级学院仪器设备管理的准确率、透明度和管理效率。An instruments information management system for colleges designed by Teaching Center of Chemical Experiments, Hangzhou Normal University was introduced. Major problems in present management of colleges’ instruments were considered and fixed in this instruments-management system. This system consisted of 8 part modulus： application flow, plans＆amp;decision, bid information, instructions confirm, apply and receive service, allocation, instruments scrap and inventory management system. An integral process from“plan” to “scrap” of any instrument was well-designed and well-supervised, aimed to update the information for any instruments in time. The system will lift the necessary accuracy, visibility and efficiency of instruments management for colleges.
