摘　　要：在工科大学的线性代数课程的知识范畴内,给出了一类非对称实矩阵的合同的判定的一个充分条件,并举例做具体说明;此项研究回答了工科大学生在学习矩阵合同理论时经常提出的一个疑问,可以作为工科大学线性代数教学的一个合理的补充材料.In the scope of knowledge of engineering Linear Algebra courses, a sufficient condition is given to determine the congruence of a class of non-symmetric real matrices and an concrete example is also given; This research provides an answer to a question for engineering undergraduates when they study the theory of congruence of matrices and can be taken as a reasonable additional material for the Linear Algebra teaching in engineering universities.
