摘　　要：近年来生物医药产业已成为天津市战略新兴产业和优势支柱产业,制药行业对生物制药类研发人才的数量需求和质量要求不断提高。培养创新人才符合国家和社会发展的要求,校企合作共同加强工程实践教育是重要突破手段。以突出"生物制药"专业的鲜明特色,笔者与所在团队在调整制药工程人才培养方案和课程体系结构、创新实践教学模式、进一步加强实践教学平台建设等方面进行了探索。In recent years, biopharmaceutical industry has become a strategic emerging industry in Tianjin. Based on the current situation of pharmaceutical industry and the increasing demand in both quantity and quality for talents, we regard cultivating innovative talents as the goal, cooperation between university and enterprise as a breakthrough, and strengthening engineering practice education as the focus. In our teaching, the distinctive characteristics of biopharmaceutieal engineering have been highlighted and the structure of the curriculum and the mode of practice teaching have been reformed.
