摘  要:目的:基于STC12C5A60S2单片机设计温度可控发光二极管(LED)光热治疗系统,以实时监测、控制光热治疗过程中照射部位皮肤组织的温度。方法:系统硬件由LED阵列光源驱动部分、红外测温部分、微处理器部分以及人机交互部分组成,根据人体组织对温度控制的要求,采用PID算法调节LED输出的光功率密度,选用离体组织样品进行光热治疗模拟实验。结果:LED光热治疗系统温度控制具有较低的调节时间和超调量,稳态误差为±0.5℃。结论:基于PID算法的LED治疗系统实现了皮肤组织升温控制的速度与精准性。Objective:Photothermal therapy is a kind of physical treatment major of light and heat. Photochemical and thermal effects produced by specific wavelengths of light to treat human tissue irradiated skin tissue disease, and has a therapeutic effect significant features. For real-time monitoring, control light and heat treatment temperature during irradiation site organization, this paper presents the design of a temperature-controlled LED light heating therapy system based STC12C5A60S2.Methods: Hardware of System consists of an LED array light source driving section, infrared temperature measurement part, and human-computer interaction part of the microprocessor portion. According to the temperature of human tissue control requirements, the LED output optical power density is adjusted using the traditional PID algorithm.Results: The isolated tissue sample is selected in the photothermal therapy experiment. The experimental results show that the settling time and peak overshoot of the temperature control system are low. and the steady- state error is±0.5℃.Conclusion: The design of treatment system of LED based on PID can meet that the requirement of temperature control in the photothennal therapy.
