摘 要:目的:研究不同采集矩阵与计数对单光子计算机断层(SPECT)静态显像的影响。方法:通过SPECT/PET NEMA 2001模型,研究不同采集矩阵与不同计数状态下的图像质量,对模型图像的噪声和对比度进行分析。使用线源测定不同采集矩阵的系统分辨率。结果:随着计数的增加,图像的噪声减少;低计数状态下小矩阵图像的对比度优于大矩阵图像;高计数状态下大矩阵图像的对比度优于小矩阵图像。128×128矩阵的半高宽(FWHM)为(10.52±0.86)mm,256×256矩阵的FWHM为(9.47±0.61)mm,512×512矩阵的FWHM为(8.79±0.97)mm。结论:SPECT静态显像时低计数状态下采用小矩阵可以获得相对较高质量的图像,高计数状态下采用大矩阵可以获得相对更高质量的图像;随着采集矩阵的增大,系统分辨率略有提高。Objective:To investigate the influence of different acquisition matrix and counts on Gamma camera static imaging.Methods: 1)The image quality under different acquisition matrix and counts was studied on the SPECT/PET NEMA 2001 model, we analyzed the influence of different acquisition matrix and counts on the noise and contrast. 2)We use the linear source to determine the system resolution in different acquisition matrix.Results: 1)With each increase in acquisition counts, the noise will decrease; The use of small matrix and low counts can get low noise images; and the use of large matrix and high counts can get high spatial resolution images. 2)The FWHM(mm) with 128×128, 256×256, 512×512 matrix were respectively 10.52±0.86, 9.47±0.61, 8.79±0.97.Conclusion: In a static collection process, the use of small matrix and low counts can get high quality images and the use of large matrix and high counts can get better effectiveness of images; with each increase in the matrix, the system resolution will increase slightly.
