一种车辆超载数据强制保存系统的设计

摘　　要：传统的货运车辆没有自带的载重检测装置，容易造成汽车超载，并进一步，引发交通事故，成为交通安全的一大隐患。对于执法部门而言，检测车辆是否超载已经成为一项繁重的工作，需要执法人员到汽车行驶现场对车辆逐一检查，为此，本文设计了一种车辆超载数据强制保存系统，本系统在车厢下方安装压力传感器实现对车辆装载货物重量的自动检测，并对超载数据强制保存，从而可以减轻执法部门检测车辆是否超载的工作压力。Since the traditional freight vehicle without load testing device, it is easy to cause the overloading likely leading to the traffic accidents. Therefore, the overload has become a great hidden danger, meanwhile to test whether a vehicle is overload or not has also been a hard work for the law enforcement, which has to check the freight vehicle one by one on the spot. A system is designed in the paper to save automatically the overload data of the vehicle, in which the pressure sensors is installed in the vehicle to realize the automatic detection weight of ve- hicle goods, and realize the compulsory preservation of the overload data, which could reduce the work pressure of those test the vehicle＇s overload.
